Gerardo López Londoño – Lawyer of the Universidad del Rosario with postgraduate studies in Financial Law from the Universidad de Los Andes and Master of Business Law and International Business at the Universidad Sergio Arboleda. He has over 15 years experience in the financial sector, during which he has been Attorney in the Legal Department of Banco de Bogotá, Legal Counsel of the Vice President of the Bank of Colombia, Director of the Legal Areas and General Secretariat of Banco Andino of Colombia, Director of the Legal Department of the Bank BBVA Business, Legal Vice President of the Banco GNB Sudameris . Additionally, between 2003 and 2004 he was Director of Arbitration and Litigation at the law firm Gómez -Pinzón in Bogotá, Colombia. In his experience in the financial sector, he has been responsible for the negotiation, acquisition, and merger of the group companies of the GNB Sudameris Bank and structuring diverse corporate governance systems.
