Javier Antonio Silva – Javier received his law degree from the University of the Andes, Colombia. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Law from the Universidad del Rosario. He was a clerk to the Constitutional Court of Colombia in the office of Judge Jorge Ivan Palacio Palacio. He worked as a fellow in the legal department of GlaxoSmithKline focusing on government contracting and commercial law. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the team that won the Latin American round of ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law 2011-2012 and the XII International Competition for Law Students Undergraduate Level Colombian Institute of Procedural Law. His field of practice in the Firm is Intellectual Property in Litigation and Arbitration.
